Julien is a member of the Paris Bar. He acts mainly, for French and foreign clients, on the taxation of real estate transactions (structuring, due diligence, etc.).
Julien also handles all matters relating to the taxation of investment funds and other real estate vehicles. He further advises individuals on wealth taxation (real estate wealth tax, taxation of rental income and real estate capital gains, etc.).
Julien holds a Master 2 in Business Tax Law from the University of Rennes and the professional lawyer's certificate (CAPA) from the Paris Bar School.
He has practised in leading firms, in particular within De Pardieu Brocas Maffei.
Finalist in the 2021 edition of the Best Young Tax Lawyer Award, a national tax competition organised by EY Société d'Avocats.
