Alix is a member of the Paris Bar. His practice covers the full range of real estate taxation issues, a field in which he has over ten years of experience. He advises institutional and private players on the taxation of real estate and hospitality transactions. Alix also assists private clients on the real estate tax aspects of acquiring and transferring assets.
Alix holds a Master 2 in Business Tax Law from the University of Rennes and the professional lawyer's certificate (CAPA) from the Paris Bar School.
He has practised in several leading French and international firms, notably within the Financial Services department of PwC Société d'Avocats.
Winner of the 2016 edition of the Best Young Tax Lawyer Award, a national competition organised by EY Société d'Avocats.
