Creation of Raise Avocats
Alix Bréchet and Julien Benoit announce the creation of Raise Avocats, a boutique law firm dedicated to real estate taxation, located at 24 avenue Jules Janin in Paris.
The two lawyers first met several years ago within a leading international law firm. They share the same commitment: providing support that combines high-level expertise with a resolutely practical approach. Their professional complementarity has naturally led them to join forces in establishing Raise Avocats.
Raise Avocats advises on all tax matters relating to real estate and aims to build long-term relationships with each client, based on proven technical expertise, strong availability, and an in-depth understanding of the real estate ecosystem.
"We wanted to create a human-sized firm, resolutely focused on real estate taxation, capable of delivering tailor-made and effective solutions in a relationship of trust. Depending on the needs of each case, we draw on a network of trusted peers to ensure comprehensive support, consistent with the high standards of excellence we have cultivated throughout our previous professional experiences," explain the founders.
A complementary partnership
Alix Bréchet brings over ten years of experience in real estate taxation, acquired primarily at PwC Société d’Avocats, where he advised French and international institutional clients on large-scale real estate transactions.
Julien Benoit began his career at PwC Société d’Avocats before joining, in 2023, the real estate tax team of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, where he further developed and deepened his expertise.

With solid experience in real estate transactions, the team advises a broad range of clients, including asset managers, family-owned real estate companies, property traders, developers, and foreign investors.
