

Julien Benoit
Julien is an attorney at the Paris Bar. He has more than four years of experience in real estate taxation, covering all aspects of the field. He regularly acts for both French and international clients in connection with the tax aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence and structuring. His practice also encompasses the taxation of investment funds and other real estate vehicles. Furthermore, Julien advises individuals on private wealth taxation, notably with respect to real estate wealth tax, rental income, and real estate capital gains.
Julien graduated from the University of Rennes (Master 2 in Business Tax Law) and from the Paris Bar School (EFB), where he obtained the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession. He has worked in several prominent French and international law firms, notably within the Financial Services department of PwC Société d’Avocats and at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei lawfirm..
In 2021, Julien was finalist of the Young Tax Professional of the Year, a national tax competition organized by EY Société d’Avocats.
